Cafe Cimmento opened its doors in January of 2006. After the cafe opened, George Mager and his son, Jonathan realized the need for expansion due to their ever growing popularity. Two years later, they expanded the restaurant and tripled the seating capacity. Jonathan Mager, attended the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute and after living out of state for 10 years, he relocated back to the Mahoning Valley and opened Cafe Cimmento with his father.

Mager makes his own fresh mozzarella, and all the sauces served are homemade, as are most of the desserts. The cafe boasts a full bar with ale from The Great Lakes Brewing Co. and bottles of wine that range from $14.00 to $100.00. Some of the fantastic dishes you will find here include the chef's favorite: Linguini Caccio Pepe, The Pollo Cimmento, and the Orecchiette Con Salsiccia. Along with the pasta, Cafe Cimmento also serves fresh beef including filet mignon, cut to your desired specifications. The cafe hosts private parties for up to 130 people; they also have a meeting room for up to 15 people and do limited offsite catering.

So whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinnertime, Cafe Cimmento is your place for fine dining.
